Since was out of town for a few days, and had limited access to the internet, I extended the deadline of the Athrun Fanart Competition. The closing date was moved to Monday, 20 July 2009.

At first, it was just a random thought I've been toying with... I rejected it... and ever since, I couldn't stop thinking about it! So I finally decided that I will be hosting my very own Athrun Fanart Competition. Please participate, if you'd like???

The first prize:
A fanart drawing of your choice, drawn and coloured by me.
Your winning deviation will be featured in my main journal as well as the Treasury journal.

How do I win?
It's easy!
All you have to do, is guess what I want for my birthday. Now everybody knows that it will have to be something to do with Athrun... Will it be Athrun holding a rose in his mouth? Athrun covered in bandages??? Athrun doing something outrageous, embarrassing or maybe even romantic??? I want you to guess the details of my Athrun birthday wish by drawing them as an Athrun fanart picture!

And if I don't win???
Don't worry! All contest entries will be featured in my Treasury journal!

Rules
OK, like any other competition, this one should have rules to ensure that everyone has an equal start. If you don't want to spoil your chances at winning, read the rules, right? Here we go:

All contest entries must have Athrun in them. Draw a nice picture of Athrun as you imagine I would want him for my birthday, and you'll have a sporting chance at winning!
The picture must be of Athrun alone - no other characters from Gundam SEED / Destiny, unless they're in the background.
The contest should probably close on the 6th of July... (my birthday!!! ) But since I thought of it late, I will extend the ending date by a week. All contest entries should be in before or on the 13th of July.
Include a link to this journal or an explanation of the competition in your artist's comment to make sure I know your drawing is for the competition, so I can feature it in the Treasury.
Be creative and have FUN!!! Your entries don't have to be realistic.

That's really the main aim of this competition - enjoy yourself! And to create more and more Athrun pics on DA, of course... Goodness, I'm such a greedy girl!

Teehee, I would really appreciate fellow artists taking part in this contest. It's really the first time I try something like this, and it would be awesome to have some Athrun pics for my birthday...
