AREhime's Adriana Contest

The contest is about her original character, Adriana. The aim of the contest is to try and draw Adriana as beautifully as possible.

What I enjoyed most about drawing this picture, was playing around with Adriana's interesting hairstyle. I tried to think of qualities that anime and manga characters have that usually strike me as beautiful, and my thoughts kept coming back to scenes where the characters are portrayed with long, loose, flowing strands of hair. This is what I had in mind for Adriana when I started experimenting.

I drew this picture (and the background) all by myself, but the character belongs to =AREhime!!!
